الصحة النفسية وعلاقتها بطبيعة الضغوط النفسية لدى اساتذة الطور الثاني

Abstract

وتهدف الد ارسة التي بين أيدينا إلى محاولة معرفة علاقة الصحة النفسية بطبيعة الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة الطور الثانو ي، ولأجل ذلك اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، حيث تكونت عينة الد ارسة من 100 أستاذ واستاذة، من المجتمع الأصلي الذي يمثل بعض من أساتذة التعليم الثانو ي، وهي عيّنة عشوائية، واستعملنا لجمع البيانات استمارة الاستبيان، واستخدمنا لتحويل البيانات الى نتائج إحصائية معامل )الصدق، الثبات، معامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون(، وجاءت أهم نتائج الد ارسة ان هناك علاقة ارتباطية ووجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية لدى أساتذة المرحلة الثانوية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، وانه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغط النفسي لدى أساتذة المرحلة الثانوية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، اما اهم الاقت ارحات والتوصيات فتمثلت بداية بأنه يجب وضع ب ارمج تربوية وإعلامية لتوعية أف ارد المجتمع بالضغوط النفسية ومصادرها وآثارها السلبية وكيفية التغلب عليها وتوضيح العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والصحة النفسية.

Abstract : Mental health and its relationship to the nature of psychological stress among secondary school teachers The study that we have before us aims to try to know the relationship of mental health to the nature of psychological stress among secondary school teachers, and for that we followed the descriptive approach using the survey method. And we used a questionnaire form to collect data, and we used to convert the data into statistical results by coefficient (honesty, reliability, Pearson’s simple correlation coefficient), and the most important results of the study were that there is a correlation and found statistically significant differences in mental health among secondary school teachers due to the variable of experience, and the nature of This relationship is direct, and that there are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among secondary school teachers due to the gender variable. As for the most important suggestions and recommendations, it was initially represented that educational and media programs should be developed to educate community members about psychological stress, its sources, negative effects, and how to overcome them and clarify the relationship between psychological stress. and mental health.
