دور المساندة الإجتماعية الأسرية في التكفل بمرضى انفصام الشخصية

Abstract

هدف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تحديد دور المساندة الاجتماعية الأسرية ودور الاستشفاء في تجاوب المرضى العقليين مع العلاج وكذلك معرفة العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية الأسرية والاستشفاء في نجاح العلاج عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة العيادية من ثلاثة حالات مرضى الفصام المقيمين بالاستشفاء في مستشفى الأمراض العقلية التابعة لولاية مستغانم وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج العيادي وقامت باستخدام الأدوات التالية: -المقابلة العيادية -دليل المقابلة خاصة بالحالة ومحيط الحالة - تقنية تحليل المحتوى -مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية وهومن اعداد أسماء المرسى وأماني عبد المقصود مقنن - مقياس تقييم الاستشفاء: حيث قامت حنان الشيخ علي بتعريب وتقنين المقياس على البيئة الفلسطينية وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أهم النتائج التالية: مرضى الفصام الذين لديهم نسبة مساندة اٍجتماعية أسرية هناك تجاوب في علاج وعند غياب المساندة الاجتماعية الأسرية لا تكون هناك مؤشرات نجاح العلاج تقييم الاستشفاء الجيد بإضافة الى المساندة الاجتماعية تتحسن حالات الفصام وتقييم الاستشفاء الجيد لوحده الحالات تنتكس من جديد ولا تصل للعلاج

Study Objective: The current study aimed to determine the role of family social support and the role of hospitalization in the response of mental patients t Evaluation of good hospitalization, in addition to social support, improves cases of schizophrenia, and evaluation of good hospitalization alone, cases relapse again and do not reach treatmento treatment, as well as to know the relationship between family social support and hospitalization in the success of treatment. Social support scale : It is prepared by asma Esrsy amani abd elmaqsoud. Recovery Assessment scale :where hanan-al shaykh ali has arabization the scale and codifie it on palestin en environment. Main Result : Patients with schizophrenia who have a family social support ratio, there is a response to treatment, and in the absence of family social support, there are no indicators of treatment success.
