Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالة إلى اكتشاف خليفة الرمزية للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المراهق، وتسليط الضوء على أبعاده التي تفسر لنا دلالة هذه الأمراض، وكذلك اكتشاف الفروقات في رمزية الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المراهق من حيث الجنس، ولكي يتم تحقيق هذه الأهداف المذكورة أعلاه، تم استخدام المنهج العيادي، و اختيار عينة قصدية للبحث مكونة من 3حالات ذكرين وأنثى، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 15 سنة إلى 17 سنة، اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على الأدوات التالي: الملاحظة العيادية، المقابلة الإكلينيكية مرفقة بدليل مقابلة من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس كورنل للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية والنواحي العصابية من تعريب "أبو النيل"(1995)، من أجل التأكد من صحة فرضيات الدراسة، في أخير توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج: توجد خلفية الرمزية للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المراهق. تتمثل أبعاد الخلفية الرمزية للاضطربات السيكوسوماتية في البعد النفسي الانفعالي، علائقي، واجتماعي، و البعد الجسدي. يوجد هنالك فروقات في رمزية الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية عند المراهق من حيث الجنس.

Summary : The aim of the case study is to discover the successor of the symbolism of psychosomatic disorders in the adolescent, and to shed light on its dimensions that explain the significance of these diseases to us, as well as to discover the differences in the symbolism of the psychosomatic disorders in the adolescent in terms of gender, and in order to achieve these goals mentioned above, the clinical approach was used, and Choosing an intentional sample for research consisting of 3 cases, male and female, between the ages of 15 years to 17 years. In this study, the following tools were used: clinical observation, clinical interview accompanied by an interview guide prepared by the researcher, and the Cornell scale of psychosomatic disorders and aspects Neuroticism is derived from the Arabization of "Abu El-Nil" (1995), in order to verify the validity of the study's hypotheses. Finally, we reached a set of results: There is a background to the symbolism of psychosomatic disorders in the adolescent. The dimensions of the symbolic background of psychosomatic disorders are represented in the psychological, emotional, relational, social, and physical dimensions. There are differences in the symbolism of psychosomatic disorders in adolescents in terms of gender.
