Abstract

اﻟﻤﻠﺨص: إن اﻟﻬدف ﻤن اﻟد ارﺴﺔ ﻤﻌرﻓﺔ ﺘﺄﺜﻴر اﻻﺘﺼﺎﻝ ﺒﻴن اﻟﻤدرب واﻟﻼﻋب داﺨﻝ اﻟﻔرﻴق اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ و ﻤدى ﺘﺄﺜﻴر

طرﻴﻘﺔ اﻻﺘﺼﺎﻝ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻌﻤﻠﺔ ﻓﺘﻲ اﻟرﻓﻊ ﻤن ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ اﻟﻔرﻴق اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻲ. وﻤن ﺨﻼﻝ د ارﺴﺘﻨﺎ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻤﻨﻨﺸرة ﺒﻴن اﻟﻤدرب و ٬ اﻟﻼﻋﺒﻴن ﺤﺎوﻟﻨﺎ إﻴﺠﺎد ﺤﻠوﻝ ﺘﺴﺎﻫم ﻓﻲ ﺘﺤﺴﻴن اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ اﻻﺘﺼﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺒﻴن اﻟﻤدرب واﻟﻼﻋب ﻟﻠوﺼوﻝ اﻟﻰ أﺤﺴن ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺘﺒﻴن ﻟﻨﺎ أن ﻛﻝ ﺴﻠوك أو رد ﻓﻌﻝ ﻴﻘوم ﺒﻪ اﻟﻔرد ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﺒطرﻴﻘﺔ ﻤﺘﻌﻤدة وﻋن و ﻋﻲ وﺘﻌﻘﻝ ﻨﺤو أﻋﻀﺎء اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻫو ﺘﻌﺒﻴر

ﻋن ﻋﻼﻗﺔ داﺨﻝ اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ٬ ﻓد ارﺴﺔ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ داﺨﻝ أي ﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻛﺎﻨت ﻴﻘودﻨﺎ وﻴﺼرف ﻨﻀرﻨﺎ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺎت اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ ﺨﺎﺼﺔ اﻟﻔرق واﻟﻨوادي ٬ ﻓﺎﻟرﻴﺎﻀﺔ ﺒﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎرﻫﺎ ظﺎﻫرة اﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺘﺴﺎﻫم ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺄﺜﻴر ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ وأﻓ ارد ﺒﺘوﺠﻴﺔ ﺴﻠوﻛﻬم وﺘﻘوﻴﺔ ﻋﻼﻗﺎﺘﻬم اﻻﺘﺼﺎﻟﻴﺔ وﻨﺒذ اﻟﻌﻨف داﺨﻝ اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺎت واﻟﻔرق اﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ واﻟﺘﻲ ﻴﻤﻛن أن ﻨﻌﺘﺒرﻫﺎ ﻤن أﻫم ﻨﻤﺎذج د ارﺴﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ اﻻﺘﺼﺎﻟﻴﺔ ٬ ﻨظ ار ﻷﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﻫذﻩ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ وﻤﺎ ﻟﻬﺎ ﻤن

إﻴﺠﺎﺒﻴﺎت ﻓﻲ اﻟرﺒط ﺒﻴن أﻓ ارد اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ وأﻓ ارد اﻟﻔرﻴق. اﺴﺘﻨﺘﺞ ان أن أي ﻓرﻴق ﻨﺎﺠﺢ ﻻﺒد أن ﻴﺴﺘﻨد اﻟﻰ ﺜﻼث أﻀﻼع أﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ : اﻟﻤدرب ٬ اﻟﻼﻋب ٬ اﻹداري

ﻓﻌﻨدﻤﺎ ﻴﻛون اﻻﺘﺼﺎﻝ ﺒﻴن ﻫؤﻻء ﺼﺤﻴﺤﺎ وﻗﺎﺌﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ أﺴس ﻋﻠﻤﻴﺔ ٕواﻴﺠﺎﺒﻴﺔ ﻗد ﻴﻛون اﻟﻨﺎﺘﺞ ﻤرﻀﻴﺎ وﻤﺘﻤﺎﺸﻴﺎ ﻤﻊ اﻟطﻤوﺤﺎت ﻓﻲ اﻟﻐﺎﻟب ٬ وﻋﻨد ﻏﻴﺎﺒﺔ ﻗد ﻴؤدي اﻟﻰ ﺘدﻫور وﻀﻌف وﺼﻌوﺒﺔ ﺘﺤﻘﻴق اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ

اﻟﻤرﺠوة ٬ واﻵﺴﺎس ﻓﻲ ﻫذﻩ اﻟﻤﻌﺎدﻟﺔ ﻫو ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻤدرب ﺒﺎﻟﻼﻋب واﻟﻼﻋب ﺒﺎﻟﻤدرب. . ---------- ---------- Summary :

The aim of the study is to know the effect of communication between the coach and the player within the sports team and the impact of the communication method used in raising the results of the sports team. Through our analytical study of the published relations between the coach and the players, we tried to find solutions that contribute to improving the communication process between the coach and the player to reach the best results. It turns out to us that every behavior or reaction that the individual in the group performs in a deliberate, conscious and rational manner towards the members of the group is an expression of a relationship within the group. Especially teams and clubs, as sport as a social phenomenon contributes to influencing society and individuals by directing their behavior and strengthening their communicative relationships. Communication and the rejection of violence within sports groups and teams, which we can consider one of the most important models for studying the communication process, given the importance of this process and its positives in linking community members and team members. We concluded that any successful team must be based on three main pillars: the coach, the player, and the manager When the communication between these people is correct and based on scientific and positive foundations, the outcome may be satisfactory and in line with ambitions mostly, and in its absence it may lead to deterioration, weakness and difficulty in achieving the desired results, and the basis in this equation is the relationship of the coach to the player and the player to the coach..
