Abstract

تهدف اﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔﺍﻟﻰ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻭتحليل ﻨﻮﻋﻴﺔﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ بين اﻟﻤﺪﺭب ﻮﺍﻟﻼﻋﺒﻴن من اﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ.

ﻭﺇﺑﺮﺍﺯﺃﻫﻤﻴﺔﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭالنفسي للمدرب ﻮتأثيره على لاعبي ﻜﺮﺓﺍﻟﻘﺪﻡ.

الغرض منﺎﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭالدور النفسي للمدرب يؤثرعلى لاعبي كرة القدم أثناء المباراة٬ الإعداد النفسي للمدرب له أهمية كبيرة لإعداد كرة القدم . كفاءة المدرب تساعد فعلا الحالة النفسية للاعبين البعين بعض الفرق منةالغرب بالجزائر – يعيدة وتيارت كيفية إختيارها بلاطريقة مقصودة وذلك لأنها أبسط الطرق في إختيار العينة // // // // // //

Study title: psychological role for coach and its impact

on his footballplayers (14­17)

Study aims : study and analyse the relationship between the coach and his

players psychologically and show up the importance of the psychological role of the coach and its impact on the football players

Studypurpose : psychological role of the coach and its impact on the

football playerduring the match, coach inefficient help to rise the

player'spsychologicalsituation . Sample : some team from west Algeria (belong to Saida and Tiaret) Selected way : intended way because it's a simple way to choose a sample

and it gave an equal opportunities for each person from the society and it help to collect the data and information.

Its ratio: 60 players and 16 coach The used means : questionnaire for the players and the same for the

coach but in analysis we put the percentage on the analysing of the result obtained .

The most important finding: the coach must provide his players

psychologically to highlight their capacity and ability to be ready to run in competitions without any problem

The most important proposal : we recommend coaches to stay away

from nervous before and after the match, because it's not help the players and he must be optimistic
