ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT R+4 A USAGE D’HABITATION

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment R+4, ayant une forme régulière en plan, implanté à la Commune de Azzaba Wilaya de Skikda et destiné à usage d’habitation. En utilisant les Standards Algériens tels que le RPA 1999 révisé 2003 et le Code Béton CBA 93, notre étude se compose en quatre parties :  La première concerne une description générale du projet avec une présentation des éléments du bâtiment, une évaluation des charges appliquées et enfin un prédimensionnement de la structure.  La deuxième partie concerne l’étude des éléments secondaires tels que l’acrotère, les escaliers, les planchers et les dalles pleines.  La troisième partie traite l’étude statique et dynamique de la structure faite par le logiciel de calcul ROBOT afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux charges appliquées (charges permanentes, charges d’exploitation et charges sismiques).  La dernière partie concerne le calcul de ferraillage des différents éléments résistants de la structure concernant les poteaux, les poutres, les voiles et les fondations. Abstract This project presents a detailed study of a R+4 building, having a regular shape in plan, located in the Municipality of Azzaba Wilaya of Skikda and intended for residential use. Using Algerian Standards such as the RPA 1999 revised 2003 and the Concrete Code CBA 93, our study is composed of four parts:  The first concerns a general description of the project with a presentation of the building elements, an evaluation of the applied loads and finally a pre-sizing of the structure.  The second part concerns the study of secondary elements such as the parapet, stairs, floors and solid slabs.  The third part deals with the static and dynamic study of the structure carried out by the ROBOT calculation software in order to determine the different stresses due to the applied loads (permanent loads, operating loads and seismic loads).  The last part concerns the calculation of reinforcement for the various resistant elements of the structure concerning the posts, beams, walls and foundations.
