Etude Comparative Technique Et Technico-Commercial D’une Structure En Béton Arme Et Autre En Charpente Métallique

Abstract

Ce document consiste en l’étude technique et technico-commerciale d’une structure à usage multiple (parking, local technique, habitation) composée du rez de chaussée+12 étages avec sous-sols. L’ouvrage est implanté à Oran qui est considéré zone sismique IIa. La sécurité vis-à-vis des actions verticales et horizontales est assurée par un système de contreventement murs porteurs. L’étude technique a été établie conformément aux règles algériennes en vigueur (RPA99/2003, CBA 93, BAEL91/99) et se divise en : - La présentation de l’ouvrage, le pré dimensionnement et la descente de charge ; - L’étude des éléments qui ne participent pas à la résistance de la structure (balcon, acrotère, escaliers) ; - L’analyse dynamique réalisée avec le logiciel ROBOT version 2023 et l’étude des éléments structuraux (plancher, poutres d’extrémité, voiles) ; - L’étude de l’infrastructure qui a abouti à une fondation de type radié nervuré. L’étude technicocommerciale vient clôturer le travail, détaillant le métré, le planning d’exécution puis l’étude de prix. Elle a été réalisée à l’aide des logiciels MS PROJECT2013 et CYPE2017. ABSTRACT This document consists of the technical and technical-commercial study of a multi-use structure (parking, technical room, and housing) composed of the ground floor + 12 floors with basements. The structure is located in Oran which is considered seismic zone IIa. Safety with respect to vertical and horizontal actions is ensured by a bracing system for loadbearing walls. The technical study was established in accordance with the Algerian rules in force (RPA99/2003, CBA 93, BAEL 91/99) and is divided into: - The presentation of the work, the pre-dimensioning and the lowering of the load; - The study of the elements that do not participate in the resistance of the structure (balcony, acrotery, stairs); - The dynamic analysis carried out with the ROBOT software version 2023 and the study of the structural elements (floor, end beams, sails); - The study of the infrastructure, which resulted in a mat type foundation. Finally, the technicalcommercial study comes to close the work, detailing the quantity, the execution schedule then the price study. It was carried out using the MS PROJECT2016 and CYPE2017 software.
