ETUDE D’UNE TOUR R+11+ SOUS-SOL A USAGE D’HABITATION ET COMMERCIAL.

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage habitation et commercial, constituer d’un sous-sol, REZ de chaussée+ 11 étages, Implanté dans la wilaya de Mostaganem. Cette étude se compose de sept parties. -la première partie : C’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment. -la deuxième partie : Le prédimensionnement des éléments de la structure. -la troisième partie : A été consacrée aux l’étude du dalle plein et dalles corps creux. - la quatrième partie : Le dimensionnement des éléments secondaires (L’escalier, Balcon, l’acrotère et l’ascenseur). - Cinquième partie : - l’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans cette partie avec l’aide d’un logiciel de calcul génie civil. - Sixième partie : L’étude des éléments de structure (portique et voile) - la dernière partie : - Comprend le ferraillage de fondation. - Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL 91, modifiée 99 et des règlements parasismiques algériennes RPA99 / 2003. This study consists of seven parts. -the first part : This is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspect of the building elements. -the second part : Pre-sizing of structural elements. -the third part : Was devoted to the study of solid slabs and hollow body slabs. - the fourth part : Sizing of secondary elements (The staircase, balcony, parapet and elevator). - Fifth part: - the dynamic study of the structure was started in this part with the help of civil engineering calculation software. - Sixth part : The study of structural elements (gantry and sail) - the last part : - Includes foundation reinforcement. - This, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL 91, modified 99 and the Algerian seismic regulations RPA99 / 2003.
