Etude technique et technico-commerciale d’un bâtiment en "RDC+16étages +2sous –sols et un étage mezzanine "avec un système de contreventement "Murs porteurs"

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude technique d’une tour en béton armé, à usage multiple (parking, local technique, habitation) constitué d'un 2 sous-sol et d'un Rez-de-chaussée plus (16) étages, implanté à la wilaya d’ORAN. Cette région est classée comme zone de moyenne sismicité (zone IIa) selon le règlement parasismique Algérien RPA99 version 2003. La résistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assurée par un système de contreventement : MURS PORTEURS. Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont été établis conformément au Règlement Algérien en vigueur (RPA version 2003) et le document technique CBA93. Cette étude technique regroupe plusieurs chapitres : Présentation du projet, Le pré-dimensionnement et la descente des charges. Etude des éléments secondaires. Etude dynamique. Etude des éléments structuraux. Etude de l’infrastructure. L’étude technico-commerciale vient clôturer le travail, détaillant le métré, le planning d’exécution puis l’étude de prix. Elle a été réalisée à l’aide des logiciels MS PROJECT2016 et CYPE2017. Mots clés : Bâtiment, Béton armée, RPA99V2003. VII ABSTRACT This Project presents a technical study of a Reinforced concrete Tower, for multiple use (parking, technical room, dwelling) composed of the groud floor+16stages with 2basements +1mezzanine floor.The structure is located in Oran. This region is classified as a medium seismicity zone (zone IIa) Accor ding to the Algerian seismic regulation RPA99 version 2003. The structurées resistance to horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a bracing system: load-bearing sails. The dimensioning and the calculation of the reinforcement of all the resistant elements were established in accordance with the Algerian seismic Regulation (RPA version 2003) and the technical document CBA93.
