Etude d’un bâtiment en béton armé RDC+9 étages +sous-sol à usage multiple contreventé par un système mixte « voiles portiques »

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude d’un bâtiment à usage multiple constitué d’un sous-sol, un rez de chaussée + 9 étages, l’ouvrage sera implanté dans la commune de Mostaganem classée en zone sismique IIa dans la wilaya de Mostaganem. Dans le présent travail, nous avons abordé le pré dimensionnement des différents éléments, l’étude des planchers et éléments secondaires, l’étude dynamique réalisée par ROBOT et le ferraillage des différents éléments de la structure. Ceci en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. Mots clés :Fondations, Bâtiments, Sollicitations, Eléments structuraux, Séisme.

Summary This project presents a detailed study of multipurpose building consisting of a basement, a ground floor + 9 floors, which will be located in the wilaya of Mostaganem, classified zone IIa. In the present work, we have dealt with the presizing of the various elements, the study of the floors and the secondary elements, the dynamic assessment carried out by ROBOT as well as the reinforcement of the various elements of the structure, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91 and the Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
