Etude du rendement et l’optimisation de la section du four au niveau du complexe GP1/Z

Abstract

La présente étude porte sur l'optimisation multicritère d’un four industriel de chauffage d’huile caloporteuse utilisé dans un procédé de décarbonatation du gaz naturel de la région d’Arzew en Algerie. Un modèle numérique complet a été développé à l’aide du logiciel Hysys à partir des bilans massiques, énergétiques et les cinétiques de formation des polluants issus de la combustion du fuel gas. Le modèle permet l’étude paramétrique pour évaluer l'effet de différents paramètres de fonctionnement sur les performances du four étudié. Ensuite, le four a été optimisé en termes énergétique, économique et environnemental afin de déterminer les paramètres optimaux qui satisfont l'ensemble de ces critères.Les trois critères sont considérés simultanément durant l’optimisation. Abstract This study focuses on the multi-criteria optimization of an industrial fired-heater used for heating a heat-transfer oil used in a decarbonation process removal process for the natural gas in the ARZEW region of Algeria. A complete numerical model was developed using the Hysys software from the masse and energy balances and the kinetics of formation of pollutants resulting from the combustion of fuel gas. The model allows parametric study to evaluate the effect of different operating parameters on the performance of the fired-heater under study. Then, the fired-heater has been optimized in terms of energy, economy and environment to determine the optimal parameters that meet all of these criteria. All three criteria are considered simultaneously during optimization. Keywords : multi-criteria optimization, fired-heater, heat-transfer oil, acid gas removal process, natural gas, performance, parametric study. ملخص تركز هذه الد ارسة على التحسين المتعدد المعايير لفرن صناعي مستعمل لتسخين زيت لنقل الحرارة المستعملة في عملية نزع الكربنة من الغاز الطبيعي في منطقة أرزيو في الجزائر . تم تطوير نموذج رقمي باستخدام برنامج هايسيس ، حيث يسمح هذا النموذج بتقييم الفعالية الطاقوية، االقتصادية والبيئية للفرن الصناعي، وكذا حركية تكوين الملوثات من احتراق الوقود . هذا النموذج الرقمي يسمح بأجراء دراسة تحليلية لمعرفة تأثير معلمات التشغيل المختلفة على اداءالفرن المدروس. بعد ذلك قمنا بتحسين االنظمة من الناحية الطاقوية ، االقتصادية و البيئية لتحديد معلمات التشغيل المثالية التي تحقق التسويات الممكنة بين هذه المعايير.في البداية، قمنا بتحسين كل المعايير الثالثة معا. الكلمات المفتاحية: التحسين المتعدد المعايير، فرن صناعي، عملية الكربنة ، زيت نقل الحرارة، دراسة تحليلية،الغاز الطبيعي
