dc.description.abstract The work presented in this thesis is a project with two objectives. The first aimed at contributing to the relief of the national electricity grid in the high-plateau region by dimensioning a photovoltaic power plant connected to the grid with storage to supply the center of Oravio Tiaret. The second is the modeling and simulation of the different sub-systems of the designed plant and the internal climate of the laying hen buildings with intelligent control, with the aim of improving the yield of the livestock, and the reduction of the cost of the photovoltaic system investment. So, for the design methodology, we have developed a very detailed algorithm that takes into account all the scientific and economic principles for sizing the photovoltaic system. The manual design has been validated by the Homer software where we have obtained the optimal configuration of the grid-connected power plant with the storage that meets all the needs of the company with a surplus for injected into the network. Simulation models of the chosen structure, as well as climate control of livestock buildings were presented. In this context, a fuzzy controller to monitor the generator's maximum power point has been compared with the Perturb & Observ method. The results obtained showed the advantage of the fuzzy controller technique for the optimization of electrical energy under various climatic conditions. Also, for the charge protection of the battery a fuzzy controller has been designed. For the control of the heating, ventilation and humidification system a fuzzy supervisor is realized to obtain the conditions of the norms of life’s poultry. A simulation of the overall system has been provided to validate the effectiveness of its operation. Finally a brief report showing the improvement of the company's performance was presented. en_US
