dc.description.abstract |
Intellectual capital is considered one of the essential resources that enable an organization to achieve success and ensure continuity in the knowledge economy. The true value of an organization lies in its intellectual capital, which is reflected in its three dimensions (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital) and its ability to harness and invest in knowledge. This leads to high performance and provides the organization with opportunities for success and sustainability.
This study aimed to highlight the role of investment in intellectual capital in improving organizational performance. It focused on the roles played by human capital, structural capital, and relational capital in enhancing economic performance. We conducted a theoretical study that covered various aspects of the topic, followed by an empirical study on the public hospital of Ain Tedles. In the end, we found a positive relationship between investment in intellectual capital and improved organizational performance. |
