ETUDE DE LA SECTION DE FRACTIONNEMENT POUR RÉCUPÉRER DU GPL PERDU AU NIVEAU DU COMPLEXE GL2/Z

Abstract

Nous avons réalisé notre stage pratique au sein du complexe GL2/Z, spécialisé dans la conversion du gaz naturel en gaz naturel liquéfié, ce qui rend le produit prêt pour la commercialisation à l’échelle locale et internationale. Cette expérience nous a permis, d'une part, de vérifier que les quantités de GPL disponibles sont exploitables et répondent aux normes de qualité du marché, et, d'autre part, de constater un déficit dans la production de GPL en raison de la présence significative du problème au fond du déethaniseur. Par ailleurs, nous avons pu confirmer les quantités de GPL potentiellement récupérables pour la production de polyéthylène, conformément à la nouvelle stratégie de SONATRACH. Abstract We completed our practical internship at the GL2/Z complex, which specializes in converting natural gas into liquefied natural gas, making the product ready for commercialization on both local and international markets. This experience allowed us, on one hand, to verify that the available LPG quantities are exploitable and meet market quality standards, and, on the other hand, to identify a shortfall in LPG production due to a significant presence of problem in the ethane separator. Additionally, we were able to confirm the quantities of LPG potentially recoverable for polyethylene production, in line with SONATRACH's new strategy.
