Abstract

The victim is regarded as a fundamental part of the public proceedings and as a new challenge for Algerian legislation and, in particular, the Code of Criminal Procedure . Through our study of this research, we highlighted the three stages of public proceedings and the victim's contact with him and the rights guaranteed to him by the legislator in the crime, in the first stage after the crime the victim was used all means to assist him "the beginning of judicial discipline to hear his statements and to facilitate the filing of a complaint pending contact with the court in the case, When the case file reaches the investigating judge, the legislator at this stage grants him the right. civil proceedings and directly through the civil prosecution, Until the file arrived at the court where the legislator was granted rights during the course of the trial from the right to intervene, establish and claim his rights s rights to compensation for damages resulting from an offence committed against him .
