Conclusion:
It is noted that the results of the Fourth Revolution were not positive, but rather a reflection of the field of smart manufacturing, by which we mean the inclusion of artificial intelligence techniques within smart devices and machines with the aim of achieving various purposes. These devices resulted in the introduction of criminal behavior that violates legal systems in the form of new crimes committed by smart machines such as robots. The drone is just an example of the beginning of intelligently manufactured models that are characterized by the ability to independently make their own decisions, without human intervention. This has led to the emergence of new criminal acts that are difficult to prove in the field of determining the scope of criminal responsibility for these crimes, which constituted an obstacle to The money, which belongs only to human beings, is used to confront artificial intelligence crimes, and this is what prevents others from considering that these crimes are a minor introduction to the future problems that the law will face in the event of the absence of procedural texts in the legal arena related to regulating technologies thatoperatewithartificial intelligence characteristics |
