ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT EN BÉTON ARME (RDC + 10 +s.sol) avec contreventement mixte

Abstract

Ce projet de fin d’études s’inscrit dans le cadre de la formation de Master 2 en Génie Civil. Il porte sur l’étude complète d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation composé d’un rez-de-chaussée, de dix étages (R+10) et d’un sous-sol. L’objectif principal de ce travail est de réaliser une étude globale du bâtiment, en s’appuyant sur les normes en vigueur et les principes de calcul des structures. L’étude a été menée selon une démarche technique rigoureuse, incluant : • Le pré-dimensionnement des éléments structuraux (poteaux, poutres, voiles, planchers, dalles et fondations) ; • L’analyse sismique selon les règlements parasismiques applicables en Algérie (RPA) ; • L’utilisation de logiciels de calcul comme Robot Structural Analysis, afin de modéliser et vérifier le comportement structurel du bâtiment. • L’étude du plancher, choix des systèmes constructifs adaptés, et l’évaluation des descentes de charges ; • L’étude des fondations, en tenant compte des caractéristiques du sol et des contraintes de charges. Ce travail a permis de mettre en pratique les compétences acquises durant le cursus universitaire, notamment en conception, modélisation, calcul et analyse critique d’une structure réelle. Il représente une étape essentielle dans la transition vers la pratique professionnelle de l’ingénierie du bâtiment ملخص هـذا الـمـشـروع في الـسـنة النهائـية هو جزء من برنامج ماستر الثـاني في الهـندسة المدنـية. ويتضمن دراسـة شاملة لمبنى سكني يـتـكون من طابق أرضي و عشرة طوابق علوية وقبو. يـهـدف هذا المشروع بشكل رئيسي إلى إجراء دراسة شاملة للمبنى، استـنادًا إلى المعايـير الحالية ومبـادئ التصميم اإلنـشائي. وقـد أجريت الدراسة باتـباع نهج تـقـني دقـيـق، يشـمل:  التصـميم المسبق للعناصر اإلنشائية )األعمدة، العوارض، الجدران، األرضيات، البالطات، واألساسات(.  التحليل الزلزالي للقواعد الزلزالية المعمول بها في الجزائر (RPA(.  نمذجة السلوك اإلنشائي للمبنى والتحقق م ن ه واستخدامبرامج حسابية مثل Analysis Structural Robot.  تصميم األرضيات، واختيار أنظمة البناء المناسبة، وتـقيـيم هبـوط األحمال، دراسات األساسات، مع .مراعاة خصائص التربة وقيود األحمال تصميم ونموذج وحساب وتحليل المنشآت الفعلية. وهو يمثل ˝ في أتاح هذا المشروع للطالب تطبيق المهارات التي اكتسبوها خالل دراستهم الجامعية، وخاصة خطوة أساسية في التحول إلى ممارسة الهندسة المهنية في مجال البناء. Summary This final-year project is part of the Master's 2 program in Civil Engineering. It involves the comprehensive study of a residential building consisting of a ground floor, ten upper floors (R+10), and a basement. The main objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive study of the building, based on current standards and structural design principles. The study was conducted using a rigorous technical approach, including: • Pre-design ofstructural elements (columns, beams, walls, floors, slabs, and foundations); • Seismic analysis in accordance with the seismic regulations applicable in Algeria (RPA); • The use of calculation software such as Robot Structural Analysis to model and verify the structural behavior of the building. • Floor design, selection of appropriate construction systems, and assessment of load descents; • Foundation studies, taking into account soil characteristics and load constraints. This project allowed students to put into practice the skills acquired during their university studies, particularly in design, modeling, calculation, and critical analysis of a real structure. It represents an essential step in the transition to professional building engineering practice.
