وتتميز شركة عدوان للكيماويات بالتزامها بجودة منتجاتها من الكلور، وهو جانب حاسم من جوانب إنتاجها الذي ينطوي على التحليل الكهربائي وتسييل الكلور. إن نقاء المحلول الملحي أمر ضروري لكفاءة هذه العملية، حيث أن الشوائب يمكن أن تضر بالمعدات وجودة المنتج النهائي. وفي مواجهة اإلدارة المكلفة وغير المستدامة للطالء المسبق للترشيح المسبق للترشيح، حددت الشركة األنثراسايت كحل أكثر اقتصادا وكفاءة. وقد أدى استخدام األنثراسايت إلى انخفاض كبير في بقايا الكلور الحر )83.3%( والمواد الصلبة العالقة )24.8%(، مما يؤكد قدرته على تحسين جودة المحلول الملحي .وتحسين العمليات وخفض التكاليف

Abstract Adwan Chemicals stands out for its commitment to the quality of its chlorine products, a crucial aspect of its production, which involves the electrolysis and liquefaction of chlorine. The purity of the brine is essential to the efficiency of this process, as impurities can compromise the equipment and the quality of the final product. Faced with the costly and unsustainable management of the filtration pre-coat, the company identified anthracite as a more economical and efficient solution. The use of anthracite significantly reduced free chlorine residual (83.3%) and suspended solids (24.8%), confirming its ability to improve brine quality, optimise operations and reduce costs.

La pureté de la saumure est essentielle pour l'efficacité de ce processus, car les impuretés peuvent compromettre les équipements et la qualité du produit final. Face à la gestion coûteuse et non durable du pré-couche de filtration, l'entreprise a identifié l'anthracite comme une solution plus économique et efficace. L'utilisation de l'anthracite a significativement réduit le chlore résiduel libre (83,3%) et les matières en suspension (24,8%), confirmant sa capacité à améliorer la qualité de la saumure, optimiser les opérations et réduire les coûts.
