Etude en (APS, APD) de l’évitement de la ville de Oued Rhiou Sur 03 Kms avec étude d’un carrefour giratoire.

Abstract

مشروع نهاٌة الدراسة الخاص بنا ٌتمثل فً إنجاز طرٌق اجتنابً لمدٌنة وادي ارهٌو على مسافة 30 كٌلومتر، مع دراسة لمحور دوران عند تقاطع الطرٌق الوطنً رقم 30 على مستوى بلدٌة وادي ارهٌو بوالٌة غلٌزان، كما ٌهدف هذا المشروع إلى تحدٌد المشاكل المطروحة على مستوى الطرٌقٌن الوطنٌٌن رقم 30 ورقم 03 والطرٌق السٌار شرق-غرب المحٌطة بمدٌنة وادي ارهٌو، تعد هذه المحاور طرقاً حٌوٌة للتبادالت الجهوٌة واقتراح حلول مناسبة لمعالجتها، وذلك على طول خطً ٌقارب 30 كٌلومترات. ُ والوطنٌة، لكنها تعانً من عدة اختالالت تتعلق باالكتظاظ المروري، وسالمة مستعملً الطرٌق، وتدهور البنٌة التحتٌة. تعتمد دراستنا على ثالث محاور:  دراسة مقترحٌن اثنٌن فً المرحلة التمهٌدٌة.  دراسة تفصٌلٌة للمسار المختار، تشمل )الرسم األفق،ً المقاطع الطولٌة والعرضٌة، ودراسة مفترق دائري). تساهم فً  وأخٌ ًرا، تقٌٌم تكلفة المشروع، إن إنجاز الطرٌق االجتنابً لمدٌنة وادي ارهٌو ٌُعتبر من الُبنى التحتٌة الكبرى التً سُ تطوٌر االقتصاد المحلً للمنطقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطشق، حشكح الوشّس، دساسح، ٌُذسح الطشٌك، الذساسح الجٍْذمٌٍح، جسن الطشٌك، طشٌك اجرٌاتً / ذفادي الوشّس داخل الوذٌٌح، السالمة المرورٌة، الرصوٍن / الرحذٌذ الٌِذس،ً دراسة تمهٌدٌة، حساب الكوٍاخ، ذصشٌف هٍاٍ الطشٌك، هفرشق دائشي، اإلشاساخ الوشّسٌح، اإلًاسج العوْهٍح للطشٌك، ذكلفح الوششّع الرمذٌشٌح، ّادي س،ٍُْ جذٌٌْح، الطشٌك الْطًٌ سلن ،04 الطرٌق الوطنً رقم،03 الطرٌق السٌار شرق-غرب )غلٍضاى، الجضائش(. RESUME Notre projet de fin d’étude porte sur l’évitement de la ville de OUED RHIOU sur 03 kms avec étude d’un carrefour giratoire au niveau de l’intersection avec Route Nationale N° 04 à la commune de OUED RHIOU wilaya de RELIZANE dont l’objectif est d’identifier et de proposer des solutions adaptées aux problématiques rencontrées sur les axes RN04, RN90, et AEO autour de la ville de OUED RHIOU, sur un linéaire d’environ 03 km, Ces axe, vital pour les échanges régionaux et nationaux, souffre de divers dysfonctionnements liés à la congestion du trafic, à la sécurité des usagers et à la dégradation des infrastructures, Notre étude est basée sur trois volets :  Études de 02 variantes en APS.  Étude en APD de la variante choisie (tracé en plan, profil en long, profil en travers et étude d’un carrefour Giratoire …)  Enfin évaluer le coût du projet. La réalisation de l’évitement de la ville d’OUED RHIOU considérée comme une grande infrastructure contribuant au développement de l’économie de cette région. ABSTRACT Our final year project focuses on the bypass road of the city of Oued Rhiou over a distance of 3 kilometers, including the study of a roundabout at the intersection with National Road No. 04 in the town of Oued Rhiou, Relizane province. The objective is to identify and propose suitable solutions to the issues encountered on the RN04, RN90, and AEO routes around the city of Oued Rhiou, along a stretch of approximately 3 km. These routes, which are vital for regional and national exchanges, suffer from various problems such as traffic congestion, user safety concerns, and infrastructure deterioration. Our study is based on three main components:  Preliminary studies (APS) of 02 alternatives.  Detailed design study (APD) of the chosen alternative (including alignment, longitudinal and cross profiles, and the study of a roundabout).  Finally, an evaluation of the project cost. The construction of the Oued Rhiou bypass is considered a major infrastructure project contributing to the economic development of this region.
