Etude d’une Tour RDC + 10 étage + sous-sol à usage multiple

Abstract

Ce document consiste en l’étude technique et technico-économique d’une structure à usage multiple (parking, local technique, habitation) composée du Rez de chaussée plus dix étages avec sous-sol. L’ouvrage est implanté à Mostaganem qui est considéré zone sismique V. La sécurité vis-à-vis des actions horizontales est assurée par un système de contreventement murs porteurs. L’étude technique a été établie conformément aux règles parasismiques algériennes (RPA2024, CBA 93, BAEL91/99) et se divises-en : - La présentation de l’ouvrage, le pré dimensionnement et la descente de charge. - L’étude des éléments qui ne participent pas à la résistance de la structure (balcon, acrotère, escaliers, poutrelle). - L’analyse dynamique réalisée avec le logiciel Autodesk structural analysis version 2024 et l’étude des éléments structuraux (plancher, poutres, voiles, poteaux). - L’étude de l’infrastructure qui a abouti à une fondation de type radié dalle. Abstract This document presents the technical and techno-economic study of a multipurpose structure (parking, technical room, and residential use) composed of a ground floor, 10 upper floors, and a basement level. The structure is located in Mostaganem, which is classified as seismic zone 5. Safety against horizontal actions is ensured by a shear wall bracing system. The technical study was conducted in accordance with the Algerian seismic design regulations (RPA 2024, CBA 93, BAEL 91/99) and is divided into the following parts: - A presentation of the structure, preliminary design, and load transfer analysis. - The study of non-structural elements (balconies, parapets, staircases, small beams). - A dynamic analysis performed using Autodesk structural analysis software, version 2024, along with the study of structural elements (slabs, beams, and shear walls, column). - The study of the substructure, which led to the selection of a raft slab foundation.
