إستراتجية الإتصال داخل المؤسسة ودورها في تعزيز الأداء الوظيفي لعمال مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر

Abstract

إنّ الدور الهام الذي تلعبه إستراتجية الإتصال الداخلي في أي مؤسسة دفع بالعديد الباحثين للتركيز على هذا العامل نظراً لدوره الكبير في تحسين أداء العاملين بصفته عنصراً لا يمكن الإستغناء عنه في أي مؤسسة بإختلاف طبيعتها ونشاطها. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور ومدى مساهمة إستراتجية الإتصال الداخلي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بولاية مستغانم. وبما أنّ هذه الدراسة تنتمي إلى الدراسات الوصفية إعتمدت على أداة المقابلة لجمع المعلومات من المبحوثين وتمّثل مجتمع الدراسة في عمال المؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر فرع مستغانم حيث قمت بأداة المقابلة على عينّة منهم تمّثلت في 14 مبحوث من موّظفي مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر فرع مستغانم ،أي تمّ إختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية المنّظمة ، وبعد تحليلي للبيانات الميدانية والمقابلات توّصلت في الأخير إلى النتائج التالية : -أنّ إستراتجية الإتصال الداخلي لها دور هام وكبير في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي داخل مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر فرع مستغانم،كما تؤثر بشكل كبير على العاملين وعلى أدائهم، وقوّة الإتصال الداخلي تشّكل تحفيز لديهم وتشعرهم بحسن المسؤولية والقيمة ممّا يجعلهم أكثر مثابرة في العمل. The important role played by internal communication strategies in any organization has prompted many researchers to focus on this factor, given its significant role in improving employee performance. It is an indispensable element in any organization, regardless of its nature and activity, and depending on the country. This study aims to understand the role and extent of the contribution of internal communication strategies in improving employee performance at Algeria Telecom in Mostaganem. Since this study is a descriptive study, I relied on an interview tool to collect information from the respondents. The study population comprised employees of Algeria Telecom's Mostaganem branch. I conducted the interview tool on a sample of 14 respondents from the Mostaganem branch, selected through a systematic random sampling method After analyzing the field data and interviews, I ultimately reached the following conclusions: - The internal communication strategy plays a significant role in improving job performance within Algeria Telecom's Mostaganem branch. It also significantly impacts employees and their performance. The strength of internal communication motivates them and instills a sense of responsibility and value, which makes them more persistent at work
