دورالتكوين في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي

Abstract

تهــدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور عملية التكوين في تحسين أداء رؤساء العمال في مؤسسة " تايال " للنسيج باعتبار التكوين أحد أهم الآليات التي تتبعها المؤسسة لهذا الغرض. و على هذا الأساس قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من رؤساء العمال داخل المؤسسة، حيث تم الاعتماد في هــذه الدراسة على منهـــج المســح الاجتماعي للإجابة على إشكالية البحث المندرجة ضمن التساؤل الآتي : " ما مدى مساهمة التكوين في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لرؤساء مجموعات العمال في مؤسسة النسيج " تايال " بولاية غليزان ؟ " وذلك للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات المفترضة وفق مؤشرات ترجمت لأسئلة استبيان تم تحليل بياناته ببرنامج SPSS للوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي أكدت الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه التكوين في تحسين أداء رؤساء العمال و تنمية قدراتهم الفنية والمهنية. This study aims to identify the role of training in improving the job performance of the foremen in the textile company Tayal in the state of Relizane, as training is one of the most important mechanisms adopted by the company for this purpose. On this basis, we conducted a field study on a sample of foremen within the institution, relying on the social survey method to answer the research question: What is the extent of the contribution of training in improving the job performance of foremen in the textile enterprise TAYAL in the state of Relizane? In order to verify the validity of the expected hypotheses according to indicators translated into questionnaire questions whose data were analysed by SPSS software to reach a set of results that confirmed the effective role played by training in improving the performance of foremen and developing their technical and professional capabilities.
