إسهامات مادتي التربية العلمية والبيداغوجية التطبيقية في تحسين الجانب التكويني لدى طلبة معهد التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إنعكاسات مادتي التربية العملية (التربص التطبيقي) و البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على الجانب التكويني لطلبة معهد التربية البدنية والرياضة ولتحقيق ذلك قام الطالب الباحث بإعداد إستمارة إستبيانية، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة، شرعنا في تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية التي كان قوامها سبعين طالبا من طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس و السنة الثانية ماستر لمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية باتنة، تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية مُستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج على أن لمادتي التربيــــة العمليـــة و البيداغوجيا التطبيقية دور مهم في تحسين الجانب التكويني لدى طلبة معهد التربية البدنية والرياضة، وتساهما بالقدر الكبير في صقل مهارات الطلبة وتزويدهم بالقدرات اللازمة لمواجهة تحديات الممارسة المهنية في مجالات الرياضة والتربية البدنية والرياضية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن مادتي التربيــــة العمليـــة والبيداغوجيا التطبيقية تعتبران حجر الأساس لترجمة المعرفة النظرية إلى تطبيقات عملية في الميدان الحقيقي.

This study aims to identify the impact of applied pedagogy (practical internship) and practical education on the developmental aspects of students at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, To achieve this, the researcher prepared a questionnaire, after verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, we began applying it to the primary study sample, which consisted of seventy students from the Institute of Physical Education and Sports in Batna Province. These students were randomly selected using a descriptive approach. After statistical processing, the results showed that both applied pedagogy courses contribute to honing students' skills and providing them with the necessary capabilities to meet the challenges of professional practice in the fields of sports and physical education. The results demonstrated that practical internship (practical internship) is the cornerstone for translating theoretical knowledge into classroom and real-world applications. The study also revealed some challenges that may limit the effectiveness of both subjects, such as the need for continuous development and updating of curricula, improving the role and qualifications of supervising professors and mentors, and enhancing the role of training institutions in providing an ideal training environment
