Méthodologie de dimensionnement d’un réseau industriel

Abstract

Cette étude a pour objectif de proposer une méthodologie complète pour la conception des réseaux électriques industriels. Elle commence par l’analyse de l’architecture des réseaux HT, MT et BT, en présentant les différents schémas de distribution ainsi que les postes de livraison. Ensuite, elle aborde le dimensionnement des conducteurs, en prenant en compte les critères de chute de tension et les régimes de neutre. L’étude traite également de la protection des installations à travers les dispositifs de coupure et de protection, tels que les disjoncteurs et les fusibles. Enfin, la partie pratique est consacrée à l’utilisation du logiciel Ecodial, qui permet de simuler le schéma unifilaire, de calculer les courants et les sections, et de valider la conception. Cette démarche associe ainsi une base théorique solide à une application pratique, afin de garantir la fiabilité et l’efficacité des réseaux industriels. Abstract This study aims to propose a comprehensive methodology for the design of industrial electrical networks. It begins with the analysis of the architecture of HT, MT, and BT networks, presenting the different distribution schemes as well as the delivery substations. It then addresses the sizing of conductors, taking into account the criteria of voltage drop and neutral grounding systems. The protection of installations is also studied through switching and protection devices such as circuit breakers and fuses. The practical part is dedicated to the use of the Ecodial software, which makes it possible to simulate the single-line diagram, calculate currents and conductor sizes, and validate the design. Therefore, this methodology combines a solid theoretical foundation with practical application in order to ensure the reliability and efficiency of industrial networks. ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح منهجية شاملة لتصميم الشبكات الكهربائية الصناعية. تبدأ بتحليل بنية شبكات الجهد العالي، المتوسط والمنخفض، مع عرض مختلف مخططات التوزيع وكذلك محطات التسليم. بعد ذلك، تتناول عملية تحديد مقاطع الموصالت مع األخذ بعين االعتبار معايير الهبوط في الجهد وأنظمة التأريض. كما تدرس حماية التركيبات الكهربائية من خالل أجهزة القطع والحماية مثل القواطع وصمامات االنصهار. أما الجزء التطبيقي فيخصص الستخدام برنامجEcodial، الذي يتيح محاكاة المخطط أحادي الخط، وحساب التيارات والمقاطع، والتحقق من صحة التصميم. وبهذا، تجمع هذه المنهجية بين األساس النظري المتين والتطبيق العملي لضمان موثوقية وكفاءة الشبكات الصناعية.
