Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المدارس الابتدائية، خاصة في ظل وجود تلاميذ من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. مستعينا بعينة أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية للطور الابتدائي لولاية غليزان وبلغ عددهم 84 أستاذ ، و تم استخدام استبيان الرضا الوزيفي معدل في ظل وجود ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، و عليه افترض الطالبان مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم الابتدائي منخفض في ظل وجود ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ، و كانت أهم النتائج مستوى الرضا الوظيفي عن عامل ظروف العمل و طبيعته لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم الابتدائي منخفض في ظل وجود ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. مستوى الرضا الوظيفي عن عامل الراتب و الحوافز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم الابتدائي منخفض في ظل وجود ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة . مستوى الرضا الوظيفي عن عامل تقييم المعلم لمهنته لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم الابتدائي متوسط في ظل وجود ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. مستوى الرضا الوظيفي عن عامل العلاقات مع المجتمع متوسط لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم الابتدائي متوسط في ظل وجود ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. // // // // //

Study title: Job satisfaction among physical and sports education teachers in primary education in the presence of people with special needs The aim of the study is to analyze the level of job satisfaction of primary school physical education and sports teachers, especially in the presence of pupils with special needs. The level of job satisfaction with the teacher’s evaluation factor for his profession among physical and sports education teachers in primary education is average in the presence of people with special needs. The level of job satisfaction with the community relations factor is average among physical and sports education teachers in primary education, and average in the presence of people with special needs.
