استخدام وسائط التكنولوجيا في التعليم وانعكاسها على المردود الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي

Abstract

وتهدف الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى محاولة معرفة انعكاس استخدام وسائط التكنلوجيا في التعليم على المردود الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي، ولأجل ذلك اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30استاذ واستاذة لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي بولاية معسكر، واستعملنا الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، واستخدمنا لتحويل البيانات الى نتائج إحصائية معامل (الصدق، الثبات، معامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون)، وجاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة ان الأساتذة يعتمدون على ملفات رقمية " PDF أو عروض PowerPoint او فيديوهات" بدلًا من الوثائق الورقية في تحضيرهم لدرس التربية البدنية والرياضية، وان التكنولوجيا ساعدت أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في تقليل الإجهاد البدني بعد انتهاء الحصة، اما اهم الاقتراحات والتوصيات فتمثلت بداية بضرورة وضع آليات تقييم منتظمة لقياس مدى فعالية التكنولوجيا في تحسين المردود الوظيفي، مع إشراك الأساتذة في عملية التغذية الراجعة والتطوير المستمر، وربط الأداء المهني بالتحفيز (المكافآت، الاعتراف الرسمي، الترقية) خاصة للأساتذة الذين يوظفون تكنولوجيا التعليم بفعالية في أنشطتهم اليومية. // // // //

The present study aims to examine the impact of the use of technology in education on the job performance of physical education and sports teachers in secondary school. To achieve this, we adopted a descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 30 male and female physical education and sports teachers in secondary school in the state of Mascara. We used a questionnaire as the study tool, and used coefficients (validity, reliability, and Pearson's simple correlation coefficient) to convert the data into statistical results. The most important results of the study were that teachers rely on digital files (PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or videos) instead of paper documents in preparing physical education and sports lessons, and that technology helped physical education and sports teachers reduce physical stress after the end of the class. The most important suggestions and recommendations, first, were the need to establish regular evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of technology in improving job performance, while involving teachers in the process of feedback and continuous development, and linking professional performance to motivation (rewards, recognition).
