dc.description.abstract The sea has been always considered as a universal receptacle of all the forms of pollution generated by the human activities systematically carried out a physicochemical and bacterial pollution at the level of the littoral, thus an ecological imbalance and pathogenic and epidermal manifestations are created. The objective of our work is to devalue the physicochemical quality of the sea. To protect human health we have evaluated the quality of two beach Salamandre and Stidia during three months from March to May, with performing the analysis physico-chemical parameters (PH, Turb, Cond, Nitrite, Nitrate, BOD, COD5) and microbiological parameters (Fecal Coliforms, Total Coliforms and Streptococcus). The overall results of bathing waters at the beach of Stidia and Salamandre are below the mandatory values set and generally present a good to acceptable quality. The results obtained made it possible to conclude that: the temperature is seasonal lower than 21 ° C, and an alkaline pH between 7.93 & 8.45; the electrical conductivity translates a fairly strong mineralization. The dissolved oxygen level between 5 mg / l and 7mg / l in Stidia reflect well-oxygenated waters, and the low dissolved oxygen level between 0.23mg / l & 3 mg / l in the salamander range, translates to adequate quality. DBO5 levels indicate good quality water in the Stidia with the range (6-9 mg / l) and high DBO5 salamander waters (19.01-22.12) resulting in acceptable water quality. Although, the COD and the contents of the nitrates with the nitrites translate to a good quality of water. However, the bacteriological analyzes, they show the absence of most pathogenic germs (Salmonella). en_US
