dc.description.abstract The study aimed to identify the level of professional development for teachers of physical education and sports university in light of the quality of education from the perspective of teachers and students , taking into account the variable degree and professional experience and the Institute with identifying the most important constraints and problems of development when the professor , for this we raised the question next year, what is the level of professional development professors of Physical Education and Sports University in light of the quality of education from the perspective of teachers and students , and for this purpose we assume that there is a difference in the level of professional development when teachers and varies by degree and professional experience and the Institute belonging to him which is within the limits of the medium , and there are several obstacles and problems facing the professor inadvertently development , In order to verify the validity of the assumptions we used the descriptive manner survey where we prepared two questionnaires questionnaire addressed to professors and a questionnaire addressed to the students , was chosen as the sample randomly stratified The number is ( 189 ) professor and 400 students a second year Master , institutes Algeria Mostaganem gas Constantine shelf Oran Djelfa Batna , and after getting the results and discharged were processed statistically different statistical methods with the use of the treatment system spss 20)) among the most important results obtained is that the greater the degree of scientific and professional expertise of Professor increased governed by the axes of professional development , and there are differences between levels of professional development when teachers according to different institute and in favor of institutes of seniority , and the results were students different between satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the level of professional development at the Masters by axes , also confirmed the professors as there are several obstacles they face in the way of professional development differed between the physical management of scientific character . .. etc. en_US
