Etude de l'effet " in vitro " et " in vivo " de l'extrait méthanoïque de salvia officinalis sur le puceron noire de la fève

Abstract

The objective of this study is to verify the insecticidal effect of Salvia officinalis extract it (sauge) on the black bean aphid Aphis fabae. To meet this goal , extraction leaves of the sage was carried out to assess its toxicity to black aphids. The methanoic extract of sage gave a remarkable insecticidal activity by contributing to witness lots of "in vitro" and also "in vivo". This effect is variable depending on the applied dose.
