Plant extracts have a very promising interest as a potential source of biologically active natural molecules. It is in this context that our study focuses on the valorization of botanical extracts of various origins in the field of crop protection / for this we have chosen three aromatic plants; Ginger, grenadier and oregano. The extraction of the active principles is carried out by two different methods, the first by Soxhlet method and the other by superheated water. The results of antifungal tests carried out in vitro and in vivo show remarkable efficacy, which varies according to the plant used, its dose, and the extraction methodapplied. This workprovidesencouraging data on the application of vegetable extracts as alternatives to chemical pesticides. |
