Abstract

ملخص: يجب أن يكون تعدد الوظائف للحراجة الزراعية في صميم سياسات الزراعة المستدامة في السهوب الجزائرية بسبب قابليتها الاجتماعية وربحيتها الاقتصادية واحترامها للبيئة. وقد أتاحت لنا المقاربة النظرية والتقنية لممارسات الحراجة الزراعية في غابة سن البا شرقي وضع تصنيف تيبولوجي لأنظمة الزراعة الحراجية التي تمارس في هذا الوسط. إن استخدام مفهوم العوامل الخارجية كمدخلات إيجابية للنظام البيئي للسد الأخضر ومخرجاته الإيجابية بين النظم الفرعية للحراجة الزراعية التي تمارس محليا تشهد على عمل مهم من البناء الاجتماعي لقبوله الحراجي الزراعية كزراعة إيكولوجية تكفل التنوع البيولوجي، وتنمي نوعية المنتجات الزراعية، وصحة الناس، وتدعم استيطانهم في المنطقة. )وقد مكنتنا المعاجلة الاحصائية المتعددة للمتغيرات( من إعداد تقييم للقيود والمستقبلات واستراتيجيات الزراعة الحراجية للمزارعين والمزارع، مع مراعاة تعدد وظائف نظام الزراعة الحرجية في السياسات الزراعية تشير إلى أن تصميم العمليات اللامركزية هو شرط "شرط لا غنى عنه" لفعالية ونجاعة نظام الحراجة الزراعية في السد الأخضر والسهوب الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحراجة الزراعية، الوظائف المتعددة، التنمية المستدامة، غابة سن البا شرقي، السد الأخضر، السهوب الجزائرية une être au coeur des politiques d’ La multifonctionnalité de l’agroforesterie devrait : Résuméagriculture durable dans la steppe algérienne en raison de son acceptabilité sociale, sa rentabilité économique et son respect pour l’environnement. Une approche socio-économique des pratiques agroforestières dans la forêt de Senalba Chergui (W.Djelfa) nous a permis d’établir une typologie des systèmes agroforestiers pratiqués dans les exploitations agricoles. Le recours à la notion d'externalités avec le barrage vert et d’internalités entre les sous-systèmes de l’agroforesterie pratiqués localement témoigne d'un important travail de construction sociale de l’acceptabilité de l’agroforesterie garant d’une agriculture écologiquement durable assurant la protection des sols, la biodiversité, la qualité des produits agricoles, la santé des gens et leur fixation dans la région. Un traitement statistique multivarié (AFC) nous a permis d’établir un bilan des contraintes, des perspectives et des stratégies agroforestières des exploitants et exploitations. Ainsi, la prise en compte de la multifonctionnalité du système agroforestier dans les politiques agricoles renvoie à la conception de processus décentralisés comme condition « Sine qua non » de l’efficacité du système agroforestier du barrage vert et de la steppe algérienne. Summary: The multifunctionality of agroforestry should be at the heart of the policies of sustainable agriculture in the Algerian steppe because of its social acceptability, economic profitability and respect for the environment. A socio-economic approach to agroforestry practices in the Senalba Chergui forest (W.Djelfa) allowed us to establish a typology of agroforestry systems practiced on farms.
