dc.description.abstract |
This study aims in tackling a mean among means of human resources, since formation has a great importance in the development of human share capital from one side, and from the other side, is a factor among the essential one which helps health institutions in adaptation, as a result, formation allows these institutions keeping pace with each new in order to be able to improve the performance so that the service can be with high quality, then to improve the performance in both economical and social fields, and to achieve this aim, first a theoretical study of the role of formation has been carried out, and backing up this theoretical analysis through a practical field research about the formation of doctor in the public hospital of maghnia, and concerning the results of this theoretical field, they have affirmed that the aims of formation process mostly serve the aims of health institution . |
