dc.description.abstract |
This study aimed to highlight the role of strategic planning and the building of the scientific foundations to improve sports performance when his father) as a way to improve the yield in modern sports karate to the junior category .and give suggestions for the dissemination and use of planning in the field of training as a method of scientific training quotas.and clarify the relationship between strategic planning and sports .And to make our study as a reference assistant researchers in the field of sports. The problem of the study in question:
- What is the role of the strategic planning and the building of the scientific foundations to improve sports performance when his father, improve sports returns for practitioners of Karate (junior category)?
It also represented the HYPOTHESES of the study are as follows: - Strategic Planning and the building of the scientific foundations to improve sports performance when his father ,improve sports returns for practitioners of Karate (junior category)
In this study used a descriptive approach in the form of a questionnaire to collect data and information, was distributed to a group of trainers were chosen randomly.
The study came to Sees Most trainers that Defining Training Objectives, which are the elements of good planning and the impact on the sports returns for practitioners of Karate..
confirmed most trainers that planning based on scientific grounds is the most effective method to reach the good performance of the skilled.
