تحديد بعض معايير التوجيه العلمية لدى مهاجمي كرة القدم

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد بعض معايير التوجيه العلمية لدى مهاجمين كرة القدم تحت 17 سنة لبعض أندية الغرب الجزائري، حيث قام الباحث بدراسة استطلاعية معمقة من أجل تثمين المشكلة وضبط متغيرات البحث عبر مجموعة من المقابلات الشخصية مع خبراء ومختصين في مجال الانتقاء، وكذا تم تصميم استبيان وجه للعديد من المدربين على اختلاف مستوياتهم، وتم تحليل نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية التي نتج عنها الغياب الشبه تام لاستخدام الأسس العلمية في توجيه اللاعبين نحو منصب الهجوم، وفي خطوة التي خصت الدراسة الأساسية للبحث قام الباحث بتصميم بطارية اختبارات لعملية التوجيه بالتنسيق مع أهل الاختصاص في ميدان كرة القدم من مدربين ومكونين فدراليين شملت هذه الأخيرة أهم صفات المهاجم لكرة القدم الحديثة، وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 60 لاعب مهاجم من عشرة فرق ينتمون إلى الرابطتين الجهويتين وهران و سعيدة وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تم تحديد مستويات معيارية لمختلف الجوانب المورفولوجية و البدنية-الفسيولوجية و المهارية أسفرت عن مستوى متوسط في أغلب النتائج الخاصّة بالمهاجمين، حيث استنتج الباحث أنّ عملية التوجيه المستخدمة كانت ذاتية وعشوائية دون مراعاة متطلبات المنصب و إضافة إلى ذلك تم استخدام البطارية اختبارات قد طبقت سابقاً على لاعبي المنتخب الوطني تحت 17 سنة، و قام الباحث بتحديد المهاجمين ذو المستوى الجيد من عينة الدراسة حيث طبقت عليهم البطارية وتم دراسة الفروق بين العينتين، أسفرت النتائج على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أغلب النتائج ما يدل على الفرق في المستوى وذلك راجع إلى عملية التكوين والمتابعة التي تحضا بها فرق النخبة بالمقارنة مع فرق الهواة. وكخلاصة نتجت عنها جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات أشار فيها الباحث إلى ضرورة التطبيق العلمي الميداني السليم أثناء عملية الانتقاء والتوجيه الخاصّة باللاعبين على اختلاف مستوياتهم وفئاتهم العمرية وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى أعلى مستويات الانجاز...............The researchaims to identifysome of the scientificguidingcriteria for footballattackersunder the age of 17 , for some of the westAlgerian clubs, where the researcher made a deepexploratorystudy for evaluating the problem and adjusting the research variables through a series of personal interviews with experts and specialists in the area of selection, as well as the questionnairewhichwasdesigned tomany of the trainersat all differentlevels,also the results of the exploratorystudywereanalyzed, whichresulted in the lackof usingthe scientific bases to direct players to the attack position, and in a movementthatsums up the study of researchfundamental, the researcherdesigned tests of the batteryfor the orientation process in coordination withSpecialists in footballsuch as : coaches and the trainers of the federalfield .This latterincluded the most importantfeatures of the attacker in modern football ,and itwasapplied to a sample of 60 attackingplayersfromten teams belonging to tworegional associations « Oran and Saida » after the statisticaltreatment, the standard levelswereidentified for differentmorphological ,physical-physiological and skill aspects whichled to an averagelevelin mostresults of the attackers, where the researcherconcludedthat the orientationprocessusedwas subjective and randomwithoutconsidering the requirements of the post and in addition that the battery tests usedpreviouslyapplied to « The national team » playersunder the age of 17 ; and the researcheridentified theattackerswith a goodlevelfrom the studysample, where the battery tests applied on them ,and hestudied the differencesbetween the twosamples .The results show thatthereis a differencewhichisstatisticallysignificant in mostresultswhichmeans the difference in level andthat’sbecause of the configuration and the process of monitoring whichispromoted by elite teams compared to amateur teams. As a conclusion,whichled to a number of findingsand recommendationsthat the researcher on the need for proper application of the scientificfieldwhenselecting and guidingplayersat all differentlevels and age groups of the process to achieve the highestlevels of performance..........................La recherche vise à identifier certains critères scientifiques pour les attaquants de football U 17, pour certains clubs de l'ouest algérien, le chercheur a fait une étude exploratoire approfondie pour évaluer le problème et ajuster les variables de recherche à travers un entretiens avec des experts et des spécialistes dans la zone de sélection, ainsi que le questionnaire qui a été conçu pour beaucoup de formateurs à tous les différents niveaux, aussi les résultats de l'étude exploratoire ont été analysés, ce qui il’yaun manque d'utilisation des bases scientifiques Pour diriger les joueurs vers l'attaque, et dans un mouvement qui résume l'étude de la recherche fondamentale, le chercheur a conçu des tests de la batterie pour le processus d'orientation en coordination avec des spécialistes du football tels que: entraîneurs du champ fédéral. Ce dernier a inclus les caractéristiques les plus importantes de l'attaquant dans le football moderne, et il a été appliqué à un échantillon de 60 attaquants Après les traitements statistiques, les niveaux standard ont été identifiés pour différents aspects morphologiques, physique-physiologiques et techniques qui ont conduit à un niveau moyen dans la plupart des résultats, le chercheur a conclu que le processus d'orientation utilisé était subjectif et aléatoire sans tenir compte des exigences de la poste et que les tests de batterie utilisés précédemment s'appliquaient aux joueurs de «l'équipe nationale» u 17; et le chercheur a identifié les attaquants avec un bon niveau de l'échantillon de l'étude, où les tests de batterie appliqués sur eux, et il a étudié les différences entre les deux échantillons. Les résultats montrent qu'il y a une différence significative dans la plupart des résultats. la différence de niveau et cela à cause de la configuration et du processus de surveillance qui est promu par les équipes élites par rapport aux équipes amateurs. En conclusion, un certain nombre de conclusions et de recommandations ont été soulignées par le chercheur sur la nécessité d'appliquer correctement le domaine scientifique lors du choix et de l'orientation des joueurs à tous les niveaux et groupes d'âge afin d'atteindre les plus hauts niveaux de performance.
