Both of the académic and the professionnel casting conseder as a basic rule for the social research and the anthropology in the Algerian University for the scholosticspecialities either in humanitairiam science or social science, that is led to ask a question about the role of social and economic environnement in speciality choices then adapting a professionnel project by scientific students for the object of knowing university enfluence on the social and the economic environnement by depending on technical and academic research like (qustionaire, obsevation ) we find some results like prepossossingmarcket is basic factor that determines the specialities in the universities then adapting a professionnel project .
