Abstract

The topic of this study is about the Islams and muslims'image towards french press , which is considered ancient for foreign thought.it has been emerged since the advent of Islam and other divine religions ,and also the emergence of the so called conflict between religions and other cultures,where every religion and civilization had its own beliefs, principles and instructions.the 11th September 2001 event had probably increased this serious conflict and mixed up every thing.the negative image towards Islam and Muslims has Ben increased for foreigners who accuse them of carrying out the attacks .This negative image reversed which doesn't correspond with the rational logic for foreign thought especially in the last year.in addition to that , it's severity has been increased because of media which has promoted for this image.moreover Islam's and muslims'image has been influenced with a negative image which considered muslim as a terrorist ,unfair, militant and violent .They also consider Islam as scary religion and an obstacle in front of civilization development and underdeveloped religion which guides people to fight for god and against infidels who do not obbey religion law . Since the event of 11th September 2001 ,the foreigners declared a war against Islam and muslims under the so called war against terrorists sponsored by u.s.a who accused them of being killers and criminal.for this reson they organised media copaigns to curb the influx of Muslims in Europeans and Western countries.in addition to that the spread of Islam was a danger for them especially in France which was about to be Islamic Republic because of the influx of Muslims there.than the western media drew a distorted picture of Islams and muslims , with the help of some Arabs and with the alliance of Arab responsibles who consider it as the most important issue which has been preoccupied by the most important press to deal with this important issue. For this reason the media plays a role of important and is being strong.as the media minister says to Hitler " it must existe a sword behind media and we can not deny that we realise through media what we can not realise with war .
