dc.description.abstract Teaching English in middle schools needs more efforts and techniques to help learners grasp the meaning of words and sentences, the fact that enhance the researcher to shed light on the importance of body language and its impact on students’ learning and psychology. It provides both teaching and learning when using its basic components such as facial expression hand gestures, haptics and postures. The work summarizes the background of body language, defines the concept of body language and its components the stimulate learners. It also highlights the importance of using body language in foreign language learning and teaching and the teacher’s role in body language training in Algerian middle schools. en_US
