dc.description.abstract The gallstone is the main witness of the gallstone disease, it contains constitutional and structural information essential to understanding the stone disease. Determination of chemical constituents of 1002 calculi analyzed by infrared spectroscopy Fourier transform complemented by morphological analysis shows a predominance of male stones, the M / F ratio is 2.01. The distribution of calculations depending on the location for the two sexes was 80.90% in the top unit against 19.09% for the bladder. The main component is calcium oxalate with 66.9% with a breakdown between whewellite (49.4%) and weddellite (17.5%) calculations. Uric acid is the third most common component in men 12.5%. Phosphatic products are rare in men (8.3%) but common in women (16.9%). The 374 patients aged 60 years and older, show that the urolithiasis changes with aging, with a decrease weddellite and increased whewellite and uric acid. Mastery of stone disease can be sustainably achieved without a combination of modern urological techniques These must be based on knowledge of the composition of the calculations. The study of CEM by predicting treatment success is based on crystalluria-composition of urinary stones correlations to increase the success rate of this treatment, we proposed in our study of correlations between crystalluria examined the urine Wake and composition of in situ calculations. Thus, from the identification of the types of majority crystals and / or present in the urine, it is possible to predict the success rate of lithotripsy and therefore avoid situations that may develop post-treatment risks. The study oxalo the lime crystallization by turbidémétrique in vitro model by natural substances, shows that the lavender gives a good inhibition with crystal conversion to the decoction, maceration, percolation and infusion. The leaves of pear gives good inhibition for the infusion mode and becomes a promoter when using the decoction method and percolation low concentrationC1 (0.7mg / ml) .the cardamom has a promotional effect reduces the tea decoction better crystal size. This is probably due to the time at which the infusion is prepared. The results obtained by the oxalo lime crystallization by rich fruit juices in vitamin C, gives the concentration of a 75% inhibitory effect of juice (lemon yellow and green) with a high percentage inhibition, this is probably due the existence of the citric acid in these fruits. La consisting of ascorbic acid gives the percent inhibition at the highest 75% concentration. The four plants tested had a different effect on calcium phosphate crystallization, infusion of garlic and at different concentrations lemon juice mark a complete inhibition of brushite crystals (pH = 6.5), and for the infusion of the leaves pear, complete inhibition of 100%. At pH 8, the crystallization of struvite shows that lemon juice is the most recommended substance. en_US
