Abstract

ملخص الدراسة تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عمى إستراتيجية الاتصال في المؤسسة العمومية - المديرية الجهوية لمتمفزيون بوهران أنموذجا–، وكذلك معرفة إن كانت العلاقات بين العاممين تساهم في تحقيق أدائهم المهني، وأخذنا عينة من الموظفين داخل المؤسسة وذلك من خلال تحديدنا لبعض أبعاد إستراتيجية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة باعتبارها أحد العوامل الهامة والمساعدة في عممية تحديد الطرق والوسائل المساهمة في تطبيق وأداء الإستراتيجية العامة لممنظمة من خلال كيفية تعامل العمال مع هذه الإستراتيجية الاتصالية، والعلاقة بينهم وأثرها داخل المؤسسة العمومية. الكممات المفتاحية: الإستراتيجية الاتصالية - المؤسسة العمومية – المؤسسة الإعلامية.Study summary : The purpose of this study is to identify the communication strategy in the public television institution in Oran (example), as well as to know if the relationships between employees contribute to their professional performance. We took a sample of employees of the institution by identifying certain aspects of the communication strategy within the institution the process of determining ways to contribute ti the implementation and performance of the overall strategy of the organization through the way in which the workers manage this communication strategy, and the relationship between them and their impact within the public institution.
