Abstract

Research Summary: The aim of this study is to uncover the correlation between school violence in its forms and the classroom interaction among middle school students in its four educational levels. The researcher constructed a questionnaire that contained dimensions of violence and dimensions of classroom interaction. During the exploratory study, the psychometric properties of the research tool were tested on a sample of 60 students to verify the validity and reliability of the scale. The basic study included a sample of 104 students out of the study population of 478 students in the same middle school located in Sidi Ali municipality. The study used the descriptive approach, while the statistical method used is Pearson's factor, T-test and variance analysis based on SPSS version 20. After analyzing the data, the researcher found a statistically significant correlation between the variable of school violence and the class interaction variable form among students. The results also showed significant differences of the variable school violence between in favor of males. The results also showed significant differences in the variable of the violence between the levels of the study in favor of the second year and the third year compared to the fourth year.‌
