دور المجال العام الافتراضي في تشكيل المشاركة السياسية لدى الشباب: الانتخابات المحلية 2017 نموذجا

Abstract

يشكّل المجال العامّ بالمفهوم الهابرماسي أساس بناء الدّيمقراطية التّداولية والتي تأخذ شرعيّتها من المشاركة السّياسية في العمليّة الانتخابية، لكنّ ما يحدث في الأنظمة الشّمولية يجعل الانتخابات تتّسم بنوع من التّعقيد في ظروفها ممّا يدفع الشّباب بصفتهم الفاعل الرئيس إلى الاعتماد على الميديا الاجتماعية، كمجال عام افتراضي بديل لطرح فيه أفكارهم وآرائهم المتعلّقة بالانتخابات المحلّية التي تحدث في المجتمع الجزائري، ليبرز دور المجال العام الافتراضي في تشكيل المشاركة السّياسية من خلال مناقشة قضايا الانتخابات، والانتخاب(التّصويت)، والتّحزب فقد أصبحت مواقع التّواصل الاجتماعي وخاصّة الفاسبوك قوّة ناعمة تؤثّر على الفرد، وتمنحه الفرصة للتّعبير عن تحوّلات واقعه المعيش وبالتّحديد تحوّلات المجال السّياسي. Abstract: The Public sphere according to the Habermasian meaningful is the basis of the deliberative democracy, which takes its legitimacy from political participation in the electoral process, but what happens in the totalitarian games makes the elections complex in the ircircumstances, which leads the young people which become a major actor to rely on the social media as alternative virtual public sphere. In which he display his ideas and opinions concerning the local elections in the Algerian society highlight the role of the virtual public sphere in shaping political participation by discussing the issues of elections, voting, and integration in political party. So the social media such as Facebook as model is soft power have the ability to influence the individual, and give him the opportunity to express the reality mutations and pension and specifically the political sphere mutations.
