الواقع النفسي الاجتماعي لمعاناة الممرضين في المستشفيات الجزائرية - دراسة ميدانية استطلاعية-

Abstract

يعاني الممرضون في المستشفيات من مختلف الضغوطات النفسية والاجتماعية المختلفة نتيجة أعباء الوظيفة من جهة ومتطلبات الأسرة من جهة ثانية، ولهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتكشف لنا واقع معاناة الممرضين في المستشفيات الجزائرية والضغوطات النفسية الاجتماعية التي يعانون منها، ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة ميدانية استطلاعية بإحدى المؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية(وادي الزناتي ولاية قالمة) وتم تطبيق أداة البحث (استمارة المقابلة) على عينة قدرت ب 20 مبحوثا. وخرجت الدراسة بنتائج أبرزت لنا أهم المظاهر النفسية والاجتماعية لمعاناة الممرضين. الكلمات المفتاحية: معاناة الممرض، المستشفى The social psychological reality of the suffering of nurses in Algerian hospitals - A field survey study - Abstract: The nurses in hospitals suffer from different psychological and social pressures due to the burden of the job on the one hand and the requirements of the family on the other hand. Therefore, this study revealed to us the reality of the suffering of nurses in Algerian hospitals and the psychological pressures they suffer. In order to achieve this goal we conducted a field survey in one of the educational institutions (Wadi Al-Zanati, Wilayat of Guelma). The research tool (interview form) was applied to a sample of 20 subjects. The results of the study showed us the most important psychological and social manifestations of the suffering of nurses.
