الدراسات البيبليومترية و اسخداماتها في البحوث الكمية لعلم المكتبات: المفاهيم، النشأة و التطور

Abstract

يزود علم المكتبات و التوثيق العلوم المختلفة بالمعلومات و الوثائق الضرورية من أجل تطورها، فهو يسير و ينظم مختلف المعارف و التخصصات، و في المقابل يستعير علم المكتبات من العلوم الأخرى مناهج، مصطلحات و قوانين تساعده على تشكيل و بناء قاعدة منهجية و نظرية متينة. بالرغم من أن علم المكتبات لا يتوفر على منهجية بحث خاصة به إلا أنه يوفر مجال بحث في غاية الأهمية يمكن من خلاله تطبيق العديد من المقاربات، و مما يساهم في توسيع إشكاليته العامة هو تدخل العديد من المختصين في مجالات عدة من المعرفة و هذا ما يؤدي إلى الإعتراف أن هذه الإشكالية لا يمكن تصورها إلا في إطار متعدد التخصصات. من هنا فإشكالية هذه الدراسة تطرح تساؤلات فرعية هي: - كيف استخدمت تلك النظريات و الأساليب الإحصائية في مجال المكتبات أو في مجالات العلوم الأخرى لمحاولة الباحثين صياغة و إجابة الأسئلة المتعلقة بالمكتبات؟ - ما هي الإسهامات الرئيسية في مجال بحوث المكتبات و التي استخدمت نظريات و أساليب هذا المجال ؟ - كيف يمكن الإستفاذة من هذه الدراسات و القوانين الإحصائية في علوم المكتبات و التوثيق مستقبلا ؟ هذا ما سنحاول الإجابة عليه من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية التي تمثل مقاربة نظرية علمية لمفهوم الدراسات البيبليومترية و استخداماتها في علم المكتبات. La bibliothéconomie et les sciences documentaires fournissent aux diverses sciences les informations et les documents nécessaires pour leurs développements, elles gèrent et organisent diverses connaissances et disciplines, en contre partie la bibliothéconomie emprunte des autres sciences méthodes, terminologies, et des lois qui l’aident à élaborer et construire une base méthodique et une théorie consistante. Malgré que la bibliothéconomie ne dispose pas d’une théorie de recherche propre à elle, elle procure un terrain de recherche favorable à l’application de plusieurs approches, et ce qui contribue à l’élargissement de sa problématique générale c’est l’intervention de plusieurs spécialistes dans plusieurs domaines de la connaissance, ce qui pousse à reconnaitre que cette problématique ne peut être conçue que dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire. A partir de là, la problématique de cette étude, pose des questionnements suivants : • Comment les théories et les méthodes statistiques ont été employées dans le domaine des bibliothèques ou dans les autres sciences dans une tentative des chercheurs de formuler et à répondre aux questions concernant les bibliothèques?. • Quelles sont les contributions principales dans le domaine des recherches en bibliothéconomie et qui ont utilisé des théories et des méthodes de cette discipline ?. • Comment peut-on profiter à l’avenir de ces études et lois statistiques de bibliothéconomie ?. C’est ce qu’on essaye de répondre dans cette étude qui représente une approche scientifique du concept des études bibliométriques et leurs applications dans la bibliothéconomie. Librarianship and documentary science provide the various sciences with the information and documents necessary for their development. It runs and organizes various knowledge and disciplines, while librarianship borrows from other sciences methods, terminologies, and laws that help it to develop and build a systematic base and a solid theory. Although librarianship does not have a research methodology of its own, it provides a very important research area through which many approaches can be applied, thus contributing to the expansion of its general problem. It is the intervention of many specialists in many fields of knowledge. Recognize that this problem can only be conceptualized in a multidisciplinary framework. Hence, the problem of this study raises the following questions: • How have these theories and statistical methods been used in the field of libraries or other sciences in an attempt by researchers to formulate and answer questions related libraries? • What are the main contributions in the field of library research that have used theories and methods of this discipline? • How can these studies and statistical laws be used in library science and documentation in the future? This is what we will try to answer through this paper, which represents a scientific approach to the concept of bibliometric studies and their uses in library science
