Résumé:
The study aimed to find the impact of Plyometric training exercises of jumping, hopping, and throwing drills to enable a muscle to reach its maximum strength among young swimmer of 10-11 years old. A sample of six male swimmers were purposefully selected, representing 33,33 % of a populationof 18 competitive swimmers. Anthropometric swimming measurements and physical competence were used. Moreover the research team relied on personal meetings with coaches and professional trainers in the field of swimming. The results of the study show that sample population had a better performance in the post-test than in the pre-test regarding physical competence of young swimmers
