Résumé:
The pliometry is among the contraction regimes that produces a greater gain of strength
in muscle spots according to the literature. The latter boomed with the beginning of the
80s especially in Italy, Bosco and his collaborators (1979)as well as G. Cometti marked
history with their experiments in this domain Football is a team sport the most demanding
in terms of physical preparation of players and their ability to master the techniques
authorized, whether in defense or in attack, and in goal, especially in the control high
balls, which depends on the upgrade of relaxation and explosive strength of the lower
limbs, which are also based on the vertical jump the maximum of what can be. In fact,
there is a lack of training programs for the development of the vertical jump in women's
football, and this is the result of a lack of knowledge of trainers, resources and training
programs. As known plyometric training is the muscle's ability to stretch and shortening
whose objective is to develop a greater force in the shortest time possible production
because they impoverished the time of contact of the feet ground in the contraction of
antagonistic muscles. (Tahir, 2007).
Many trainers and teachers in the field of sport do not realize what the real meaning of
plyometric training, despite its great importance that specialists in the field of sports
training proved. This prompted us to ask the following questions:
- Is this-that the plyometric training has an impact on improving the vertical jump
among football players of Afak Relizane (14-17ans)?
