Résumé:
Our work aims to verify whether the production of green fodder by hydroponics can be one of the alternatives that can be adopted to fill this gap.
The hydroponic Barley has many advantages seen from its excellent quality, a fresh, regular, nutritious, and rich in vitamins and enzymes in both summer and winter, which improves digestion; it also ensures a reduction in food costs and costs veterinary bills.
The results of our work show that the use of fertilizer in hydroponics allows the improvement of the growth and food quality of SaidaR1 Barley.
The study of the growth and chemical analysis of the hydroponic Barley cultivation variety Said R1 showed a good development of the plant leaves and roots under fertilizer treatment and a good nutritional value of the hydroponic Barley under liquid fertilizer treatment MAGIC 12-52-12.
The chemical analysis of the Said R1 hydroponic Barley shows that the MAGIC fertilizer T1 treatment 12-52-12 showed higher levels of dry matter10.78% and mineral matter with 4,3%, the crude fiber content with 22%, the total chlorophyll content 4,93 mg / g MF, and the total sugar content with 24,88 μg / 100mg MS.
The MAGIC fertilizer treatment 12-52-12 gave the best results for most of the chemical elements analyzed.
On the other hand, the T2 fertilizer treatment MAP 12-61-0 marks high levels of organic matter with 95,8%, total nitrogen 18,76% and a crude protein content of 14,66%.
