dc.description.abstract |
This study describes the concept of wages and the most important goals of the wage policy in public
administration. The study explained and presented the most important theories concerning wages, which
are of great importance in the fields of work, whether by employers or by employees. Because they
represent a source to meet the needs of workers, and at the same time represent the main aspect of the
cost of labor in the Enterprise.
It can also be said that the worker is entitled to the employer in return for the implementation of what he
is assigned to him, in accordance with the agreement between them in the framework of what is imposed
.by the legislations incorporated in the relations between the worker and the employer
Where the wage policy affects the expenditure of management in the public institution, since the
expenses of the management of all expenses for the burden of coverage. Which are necessary for the
normal operation of the State and which allow for the conduct of the State's activities and the proper
application of the current tasks, the task of the administrative expenses can ensure the continuity of the
