Résumé:
Natural mineral water is defined by its natural purity at the source and therefore the absence of any pollutant of human origin and perfectly stable and guaranteed in all seasons of the year. Temperature is a very important parameter that affects the composition of mineral water and changes its organoleptic quality
The objective of this work is a contribution of the influence of the sun temperature on the quality of bottled water such as mineral water and desalination water. For this purpose, we carried out physico-chemical analyses (pH, temperature, electrical conductivity, turbidity, TH, TCa+2, Chloride, ammonium and nitrate). Other bacteriological analyses have been determined such as the concentration of pathogenic germs such as faecal coliforms, E. coli. And other pathogenic germs. The results obtained showed that all the physico-chemical parameters, namely temperature, hydrogenated potential, electrical conductivity, turbidity and chloride, Calcium, are changed but do not exceed the values required by the standards, except nitrate. The bacteriological analysis showed that the estimated parameters such as total coliforms, faecal coliforms, faecal streptococci, total germs at 37C°, are negative. In conclusion, mineral water and desalination water can be classified as good bacteriological quality and physico-chemical acceptable.
