Résumé:
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among Algerian women and in the world, it is the leading cause of death in women. The incidence of breast cancer varies according ethnicity and geographical location, this highlights the intervention of environmental factors, in addition to known risk factors such as; heredity, hormonal factors, age and invaded ganglia (metastatic) . Our objective during this study is at first to review the phenotypic study of breast cancer, demonstrate its importance and aggressiveness . Our work consists of a comparative and descriptive retrospective study, during the period 03/03/2019 to 03/05/2019. This study concerned 541 patients with breast cancer confirmed by a pathologist. The study reveals that breast cancer affects women less then <50 years old 63%, tumor size T2: 64%, T3: 15%, the predominant histological type is infiltrating ductal carcinoma 81, 39%, Grade SBRIII: 51%, presence of ganglionic invasion pN +: 65, 64%, ER +: 65%, RE-: 35%, RP +: 67%, RP-: 33%, HER2 +: 18, 74%, HER2-: 73%.
