Résumé:
The objective of the current work is to evaluate the effect of pesticide residues and to become their accumulation on the aerial
part (crops) of the Sylvana potato.
The experimental potato plots selected for the test were treated with three types of plant protection products (herbicide,
acaricide and fungicide). The respective doses applied to the cultivated plants allow us to work on 3 types of plots: an organic
plot, an agronomic plot and a last plot.
Our work based on the study of some biochemical parameters related to the plant and the impact of the use of these pesticides
on them, revealed a variation of the different parameters chosen for the study. The results obtained showed an increase in the
content of polyphenols and flavonoids, a decrease in the protein and tannins content and a disruption in the synthesis of
chlorophyll pigments while increasing the concentration of pesticides.
Exposed to the risk of contamination by these products, it is necessary to rationalize the use of pesticides by ensuring
compliance with the rules concerning good agricultural practices and by limiting their use to cases where the threshold of harm
is likely to be reached.
